Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and radiopharmaceutical administration using gamma cameras and SPECT systems. You will work with radiologists and physicians to ensure high-quality images and patient safety.

You will travel occasionally to McAllen, TX to provide nuclear medicine services in the Rio Grande Valley, and participate in on-call coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• One year of experience as a certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred.
• Pediatric imaging experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures using gamma cameras and SPECT systems.
• Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals per protocols and radiation safety guidelines.
• Review orders, histories, and clinical information to select appropriate imaging procedures.
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to pediatric patients and their families.
