Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for per diem, part-time work. The role performs nuclear medicine procedures, venipuncture, IV placement, and quality control, delivering compassionate imaging care to pediatric patients within a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center network.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in health sciences, NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification with exam within a year, CPR certification, and Washington DOH

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in science of health care field preferred.
• CMNT (NMTCB) or ARRT(N) certification or registry eligible with exam within 1 year.
• Health Care Provider CPR certification.
• Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Administer diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals per policy.
• Perform venipuncture and IV placement.
• Work independently and unsupervised.
• Perform quality control procedures for equipment and manage film filing.
