Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform nuclear medicine procedures and maintain departmental standards, delivering comprehensive imaging care for pediatric patients. The role includes on-call tasks and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a BA/BS in a health science field, CMNT/NMTCB or ARRT (N) registration eligibility with exam within a year, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in science of health care field preferred CMNT (NMTCB), ARRT (N) or equivalent or/ registry eligible and exam taken within one year of employment
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification

Responsibilities

• You will perform on-call tasks, when necessary, as well as a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures
• You will administer diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with department policies and procedures
• You will perform venipuncture and IV placement
• You will be able to work independently and unsupervised
• You will perform quality control procedures, as required for all equipment, and become familiar with the film filing system
