Job summary

UHC Solutions in Yakima, Washington seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide same-day pediatric access in a thriving outpatient setting. This role offers a fast-paced, problem-focused environment with no on-call duties and a predictable weekday schedule, plus EPIC EMR and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $141,000 to $160,000, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and $50,000 in student loan

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s or Doctorate and WA licensure eligibility.
• PA: Master’s in PA program or Health Science BA with PA training and WA licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide same-day care for infants, children, and adolescents
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Manage urgent pediatric concerns and follow-up visits
• Deliver family-centered, evidence-based care
• Coordinate care with pediatric providers and support staff
• Participate in quality improvement and access initiatives
• Support continuity of care through effective communication and care coordination

Education

Nurse Practitioner degree (MS/ DNP)

Physician Assistant degree (MS) or Health Science BA with PA training
