KidMed is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for full-time and part-time roles across our Richmond, VA locations in Mechanicsville, Midlothian, and Short Pump. We are a provider-led practice built by Pediatric ER physicians who empower clinicians to practice at the top of their license with autonomy and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• NP/PA program graduate
• Virginia license to practice NP/PA
• DEA license (if applicable)
• PALS certification
• Experience in pediatrics
• Emergency/Urgent Care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to patients from birth to 25 years old
• Perform procedures such as laceration repairs, I&D, and fracture reductions
• Manage fevers and acutely ill pediatric patients
• Address cardiac issues, chest pain, abdominal pain, vomiting
• Collaborate with specialists for referrals and admissions
• Deliver high-quality care in a provider-led, supportive environment
