Job summary

District Medical Group Inc. (DMG) is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nocturnist in Phoenix, AZ to join a large multi-specialty group and hospitalist team at Valleywise Health. The role emphasizes teaching and clinical quality within a public teaching hospital setting.

The successful candidate will join 8 pediatric hospitalists and participate in rounds with residents and medical students, contributing to education programs with the affiliated medical schools. Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatrics required.
• Pediatric hospital medicine BC/BE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care in the inpatient pediatric unit and NICU as part of a hospitalist team.
• Teach pediatric residents and medical students during daily rounds.
• Participate in teaching/education programs with residency and fellowship partners.
• Collaborate with DMG physicians and contracted specialists.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care and education at a public teaching hospital.
