Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a Night RN/LPN for baby care in Cheney, Kansas. The role features one-on-one pediatric care with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, emphasizing a strong family-centered approach and staying in the child’s own home environment.

You will be part of a team dedicated to helping medically complex children thrive at home. The schedule is Sunday–Tuesday, 10pm–6am, with duties including trach, ventilator, and G-tube support, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Comfort with home-based pediatric care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe environment.
