Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking new graduate RNs or LPNs for pediatric home health across Kansas City, KS and Topeka areas. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing in home and school settings, focusing on children and young adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• New graduate RN or LPN entering pediatric home health.
• Willingness to learn pediatric at-home care.
• Comfort working with children and families in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
