The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a full-time Pediatric Neurosurgeon to grow the pediatric neurosurgery program across Children’s Hospital Colorado, Colorado Springs, and Briargate outpatient facility.

Ideal candidates will focus on hydrocephalus, congenital malformations, and pediatric trauma, and will be deeply embedded in the pediatric neurosurgery faculty practice with cross-campus collaboration and teaching responsibilities.

Formación

• MD/DO or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an ABNS-certified residency program or ABPNS fellowship.
• Completed one year fellowship in Pediatric Neurosurgery.
• Experience in pediatric neurosurgery practice and licensed or eligible for Colorado medical license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain full-time clinical effort (.9-1.0 cFTE) providing direct clinical care to children.
• Conduct clinics at Briargate location to meet pediatric neurosurgical demand.
• Perform inpatient consultations and surgical procedures at Children’s Hospital Colorado Springs and Anschutz campuses as needed.
• Provide weekday call on a 1 in 4 cadence and weekend call on 1 in 5 cadence; potential for additional compensated call.
