Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking a Neurologic/Neurosurgery physician to support inpatient neuro-oncology cases in the Tampa, FL area. The assignment involves collaborating with an existing neurosurgeon on complex brain and spinal tumor surgeries with a flexible 1-2 day per week on-site schedule and ASAP–ongoing coverage.

The role includes participation in telehealth conferences and multidisciplinary case reviews, plus post-operative follow-up to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with existing neurosurgeon to evaluate and perform complex neuro-oncology surgical cases.
• Provide expertise in surgical management of brain and spinal tumor patients.
• Participate in telehealth conferences and multidisciplinary discussions for pre-operative case review and surgical planning.
• Support continuity of care through post-operative consultation and follow-up.
• Maintain consistent weekly availability for surgical cases and virtual care coordination.
