Job summary

University of California - San Diego Medical Centers is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage start-up, recruitment, enrollment, and maintenance of subjects across multiple phase I-III trials. You will liaise with UCSD departments to implement studies and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will guide investigators, contribute to proposals and reports, and educate the public about clinical trials, while maintaining data integrity and coordinating with federal/state officials as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social or basic science or related field.
• Experience in translational/clinical research and protocol start-up procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-up procedures, implementation, recruitment and enrollment of subjects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and oversee data quality.
• Provide education and information to investigators and public about ongoing trials.
• Assist PIs with proposals, progress reports and manuscripts.
