Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship in Neuroradiology or Pediatric Radiology with subspecialty in Neuroradiology.
• ABR CAQ in Pediatric Radiology or Neuroradiology, or eligible.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.

Education
