Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• ACGME Fellowship training in Neuroradiology, or Pediatric Radiology with subspecialty expertise in Pediatric Neuroradiology.
• ABR Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Pediatric Radiology or Neuroradiology, or eligible.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Arizona.
