Job description

Minnesota Neuropsychology is seeking a full-time pediatric neuropsychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to empowering neurodiverse children and adolescents and a passion for helping children and families understand and celebrate cognitive and social-emotional differences. We are looking for an ambitious and creative neuropsychologist who values teamwork and is invested in providing the highest quality clinical care while still having time outside of work to pursue their passions. Minnesota Neuropsychology is a private practice with two offices in the Twin Cities. One office is located in the heart of St. Paul, Minnesota’s historic Cathedral Hill neighborhood and our new office is located just steps from Lake Minnetonka in Wayzata, MN. The neuropsychologist would choose one office as their primary location, with occasional travel to the second site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 4-18) with full time psychometry and administrative support. Option to see adults for ADHD evaluations.
  2. Assess and diagnose conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, gifted/and twice-exceptional profiles, anxiety, mood disorders, disruptive behavior disorders, autism spectrum disorder.
  3. Provide consultation and feedback sessions to explain evaluation results and recommendations.
  4. Develop detailed, strengths-based assessment reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
  5. Participate in staff meetings and team building events/activities.
  6. Option to train and supervise doctoral students through collaborations with the University of Minnesota.
Qualifications
  1. PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
  2. Doctoral training and internship at APA-accredited programs, with 2-years of specialized post-doctoral training in pediatric neuropsychology in a fellowship that adheres to Houston Conference Guidelines.
  3. Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Minnesota.
  4. Extensive knowledge of neurodevelopmental conditions.
  5. Strong report writing and communication skills.
