AdventHealth for Children in Orlando is seeking a dynamic Pediatric Neurology Medical Director to lead the strategic expansion of our pediatric neurology program. This role balances a meaningful clinical practice with the creation of a regionally recognized program.

The leader will oversee clinical, quality, and program development across inpatient and outpatient settings, partnering with hospital and physician leadership to broaden access and strengthen multidisciplinary care models.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology (ABPN).
• Florida medical license eligible or active.
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical program development.
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care.
• Subspecialty expertise aligned with growth initiatives preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Pediatric Neurology program.
• Develop and grow general pediatric neurology services and create a comprehensive service.
• Expand pediatric epilepsy program in partnership with the adult epilepsy program.
• Recruit, mentor, and support pediatric neurology providers and advanced practice clinicians.
