The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking a full-time pediatric faculty member at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor to join its Section of Neurology. The successful candidate will provide clinical care at Sunrise/Children’s Hospital, UMC/Children’s Hospital, and UNLV Health clinics, and will participate in teaching and leadership activities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Board Certified in Pediatrics prior to start date.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical license.
• Able to be credentialed by affiliated teaching hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care at Sunrise/Children’s Hospital, UMC/Children’s Hospital and UNLV Health clinics.
• Engage in teaching and leadership activities within the Neurology section.
• Participate in hospital, departmental and university committees and pediatric outreach.
