Job summary

Atlantic Health Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown, NJ seeks a Pediatric Neurologist to join the division. The role combines clinical care of children with neurological disorders and active education of residents and medical students, in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

The division includes epilepsy, neurodevelopmental focus, and a strong genetics program. The candidate will participate in outpatient and inpatient services, with on-call coverage and opportunities for research

Qualifications

• Active participation in education of residents and medical students rotating through Pediatric Neurology.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient pediatric neurology care with coordination across teams.
• Mentor and collaborate on research and clinical education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient care for birth through age 21 with neurological disorders.
• Provide inpatient consultations and admissions for pediatric neurology patients.
• Participate in on-call coverage and family-centered care model.
• Engage in CME activities and community education.
• Lead and participate in education of residents and medical students.
