Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Neurologist to join our growing neuroscience program in Central California. The role offers diverse clinical practice, inpatient and outpatient work, and opportunities to develop an area of clinical interest.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California.
• Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, family-centered pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for children with a broad range of neurological conditions.
• Build a diverse outpatient pediatric neurology practice while participating in inpatient neurological consultation.
• Maintain and develop EEG interpretation skills with support from epilepsy program.
• Collaborate with Level 4 Epilepsy Center for advanced evaluation, treatment or surgery.
• Participate in program development, quality improvement and education for residents.
