Job summary

Akron Children’s, located in Akron, Ohio, seeks a Pediatric Neurologist to join a dedicated team. You’ll provide expert pediatric neurology care as part of the Hospital’s NeuroDevelopmental Science Center, with 16 pediatric neurologists and 15 nurse practitioners collaborating to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Child Neurology and eligible for Ohio medical licensure.

The successful candidates will join a dedicated team of 16 pediatric neurologists that includes 5 pediatric epileptologists, and 15 nurse practitioners who provide services in the Hospital’s NeuroDevelopmental Science Center. The Center brings together six pediatric specialties – Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physiatry, Neuropsychology and Psychology in one physical and functional unit to deliver the best outcomes and quality of life for patients.
