Job summary

St. Louis Children’s Hospital is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Tech II to join our team and support patients at our Level 4 Epilepsy Center.

This role involves independent EEG procedures, long-term monitoring, and intraoperative monitoring in a pediatric setting, including SEEG and robotics as applicable. We value collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: R. EEG T. certification.
• Experience: hospital-based neurodiagnostic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine inpatient/outpatient EEGs, ambulatory studies, long-term monitoring, SEEG and intra-operative EEG with robotics.
• Document and maintain patient records in the EMR.
• Monitor study quality and adhere to department standards and protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring student technologists.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
