Advocate Health is seeking a North Carolina licensed or license-eligible psychologist for the Levine Children’s Hospital pediatric psychology division. The role focuses on neurodevelopmental assessments, ASD/ADHD/IDD diagnosis, and multidisciplinary collaboration within pediatrics.

Responsibilities include individualized assessments, supervision, and potentially forensic evaluations. The position offers full-time hours, weekdays 8-5, with faculty appointment opportunities through Wake Forest

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (APA approved).
• Licensed or license-eligible as NC psychologist; BLS per policy.
• Minimum 2 years' specialized clinical experience in neurodevelopmental assessment.
• Proficiency in ASD, ADHD, IDD assessment and interpretation including ADOS-2.

Aufgaben

• Conduct individualized assessments of children/adolescents with suspected neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary evaluation and consultation with teams.
• Collaborate with guardians to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision of trainees and practicum students as needed.
• Conduct forensic evaluations and provide expert court testimony when directed.
• Develop discharge plans and manage crisis situations with appropriate intervention.
