Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a North Carolina licensed or license-eligible psychologist to support the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Levine Children’s Hospital. Responsibilities include neurodevelopmental assessments, multidisciplinary evaluations, and collaboration with families and medical teams.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a NC Licensed Psychologist.
• Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders and psychological assessment of children.
• Experience with test administration and interpretation including ASD, ADHD, IDD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via clinical interview and standardized tests.
• Formulate diagnoses per DSM standards.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to age and diagnosis.
• Collaborate with guardians to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide supervision to practicum students or interns as needed.
• Conduct forensic evaluations and testify in court when directed.
• Administer and interpret psychological instruments and report findings.
• Discharge planning and termination processes.
