You will manage hemodialysis, hemofiltration, and renal transplant cases, along with vascular access and peritoneal catheter care, for ongoing coverage throughout the month.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage.
• Clinic staffing: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 8 am – 5 pm; Thu covers admin/hospital needs.
• Manage pediatric caseload including 80% pediatric clinic and 20% pediatric hospital.
• Perform hemodialysis, hemofiltration, and renal transplant management.
• Oversee vascular access and peritoneal catheter care.
• Ongoing coverage with one-week-per-month commitment.
