Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our Pediatric MRI Department at our Wolfson Children's Hospital location. This MRI Technologist will perform MRI exams, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them while ensuring patient safety.

The role collaborates with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic information and operates MRI equipment. Full-time position with Weekday Afternoon shifts, Mon-Fri 14:30-23:00, rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High-quality MRI procedures experience.
• Experience in Radiology department and hospital settings.
• Customer service and patient-facing skills.
• Active ARMRIT/ARRT MRI or CRT with MRI registry within 18 months.
• CPR and BCLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams with focus on quality and safety.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly.
• Operate MRI equipment and coordinate with radiologists.
• Maintain patient safety and follow regulatory requirements.
