Job summary

Children's Health is seeking an MRI Tech based in Plano, Texas. The role involves conducting MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for efficient workflow. A two-year Associate's degree in radiologic technology is required, as well as ARRT (MR) certification upon hire.

This role operates within a busy imaging environment, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and supporting the well-being of pediatric patients. Candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year job-related experience preferred.
• MR Imaging in an acute care setting preferred.
• Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Graduation from an accredited program in radiologic technology required.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Upon Hire required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers as required by CP 1.20 Life Support Course Requirements required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI procedures and produce high-quality imaging.
• Comply with MRI Safety guidelines and maintain patient safety.
• Demonstrate competency and efficiency in procedural processes.
• Participate in quality assurance and maintain communication with the multidisciplinary team.
