• 3+ years of healthcare, office, customer service, financial, or insurance experience preferred in the medical field.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Prior scheduling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule CT and MRI exams per physician orders in EPIC.
• Coordinate with anesthesia, nurses and physicians to ensure patient readiness.
• Maintain high-quality imaging scheduling for pediatric patients.
• Provide compassionate customer service to families.
