Job summary

Rady Children’s Health in Orange County seeks a Pediatric Neurologist with movement disorders expertise to join the Neurology Division. You will help manage a high-volume, multidisciplinary program offering DBS and advanced therapies for pediatric patients.

You will collaborate across specialties, participate in clinical research with UC Irvine, and contribute to resident and medical student education. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• California Medical License or eligibility required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Neurology preferred.
• Current DEA registration required.
• Movement disorders expertise or strong clinical interest preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Commitment to family-centered pediatric care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric movement disorders care within the Neurology Division.
• Participate in DBS program planning, surgery, and programming.
• Administer botulinum toxin injections for spasticity and dystonia.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, PM&R, Genetics, and other subspecialists.
• Contribute to academic activities and research through UCI affiliation.
