Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, FL is seeking an Advance Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and advanced care for pediatric patients in a high-acuity environment within the ER/ICU setting. This role supports stabilization and ongoing management of complex cases on a dedicated pediatric unit.

The position requires graduation from an approved nursing program, active Florida RN licensure, and BLS; AC LS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.
• 1 year to 3 years of ER or ICU nursing experience; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates advanced nursing care in ER/ICU with high-intensity interventions.
• Monitors patient condition and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Collaborates with medical staff and families; maintains thorough documentation.
• Maintains equipment and ensures patient safety.
