Job summary

LimitlessLi LLC in the Puget Sound region is seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join our community-based pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families.

You will provide individual and group therapy for ages 0 to 18, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop personalized treatment plans, coach caregivers, and monitor progress. This role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Completion of all required supervised clinical experience.
• Active Washington State license or credential (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• Active credentialing with Washington State third party payers.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group mental health therapy.
• Participate in co treatment with other disciplines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Provide parent education and support.
• Develop and manage home programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete required clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health services to children ages 0 to 18 , including individual and group therapy and co treatment with other disciplines.

• Providing individual and group mental health therapy

Position Requirements

• Completion of all required supervised clinical experience
• Active Washington State license or credential as applicable, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW
• Active credentialing with Washington State third party payers
