Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Supply Technician to oversee daily receipt and distribution of materials across hospital and outpatient areas. You will unload trucks, manage par levels, perform MMIS data entry, and collaborate with staff to ensure accurate stock and timely replenishment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Windows software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or HSED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Windows-based software preferred.
• Experience with MMIS or similar supply chain systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading trucks and distributing supplies to inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Perform material receiving functions: verify items, quantities, and labeling.
• Maintain par levels and assist with inventory housekeeping and expiration checks.
• Enter and track stock in MMIS systems and coordinate with Logistics for order accuracy.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in supply rooms and compliance with standards.
