Job summary

OP Specialty Bracing is growing and seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the production of medical devices. You will assemble components, follow detailed work instructions, perform quality checks, and help maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Cross-training in other operational areas will be expected to support business needs and production continuity. You should have a high school diploma, basic tools knowledge, and strong manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• General knowledge of standard tools and equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
• Flexible in schedule and duties with attention to detail.
• Strong manual dexterity and teamwork skills.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and cross-training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks and ensure quality of work.
• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
• Follow work instructions and cross-train in other areas.
• Read and log daily performance data.
• Maintain clean, safe manufacturing environment.
• Support shipping/receiving and other duties as needed.
