Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, assembles medical devices and instrumentation cases for spinal and orthopedic applications in a fast-paced environment. The Assembly Technician ensures products meet company standards per FDA/ISO regulations and collaborates with the department to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some related experience, and the ability to work with various tools while adhering to GMP and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with preferred one year experience.
• Ability to use torque wrenches, hand tools, meters and fixtures.
• Familiarity with GMP environment and reading drawings.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and finished products per SOPs and instructions.
• Set up and operate production equipment per GMP and SOPs.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Test products and troubleshoot equipment or product issues.
• Generate DHR assembly records.
• Maintain clean, organized work area (5S).
• Assist in material cycle counting and support engineering development.
