Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant experience.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinician with procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Check patient arrival status and escort to exam rooms and services.
• Obtain and report vital signs and patient information to RN/clinician.
• Perform phlebotomy and process lab specimens as appropriate.
• Maintain and clean exam and treatment areas and equipment.
