• Uses current technology to pull patients expeditiously from waiting rooms to exam areas.
• Proactively communicates delays to patients and assists with front desk tasks.
• Maintains professional behavior and patient-facing professionalism.
• Gathers data for the health care team and prepares patients for examinations.
• Assists providers with routine procedures and documentation.
• Triages calls and messages, coordinating with clinic staff as directed.
• Maintains accurate patient charts and supports ongoing education and quality improvement.
