Allied Physicians Group seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant for a part-time position in Commack, NY. You will take vitals, update patient records, and support providers in a fast-paced pediatric-focused practice.

Responsibilities include room setup, patient greetings, appointment scheduling, and EMR documentation. A CMA certification is a plus, with at least one year in a medical office and Spanish language skills considered a major asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Certified Medical Assistant? Even better!).
• At least one year of experience in a medical office (pediatric experience is a big plus!).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic computer skills, plus confidence in measuring heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and temperature across all ages.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), especially AthenaOne, is a bonus.
• Bilingual? Huge plus—Spanish speakers are highly valued!

Responsibilities
