• Rooms patients and prepares them for examination, including vitals and basic health information.
• Administers medications and vaccines under provider order and within scope.
• Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection as delegated.
• Conducts point-of-care testing and in-clinic diagnostics as delegated.
• Notifies provider of changes in patient condition to support safety.
• Maintains clinic flow by preparing rooms and managing supplies.
• Documents delegated tasks and patient education in the EMR.
• Supports quality and population health initiatives.
• Distributes educational materials to patients and families.
• Performs additional duties to ensure safe, high-quality care.
