Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of related work preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone calls, screen, route, and take messages for clinic staff.
• Schedule and edit patient appointments and consultations.
• Greet patients and manage waiting room flow.
• Collect demographic and insurance data; process signatures and authorizations.
• Assist physicians with procedures and injections; collect specimens for labs.
• Maintain medical records, schedule reports, and manage chart preparation.
