Job summary

First Place Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our in-home pediatric care team in Nuevo, CA. You'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children in their homes, following care plans and collaborating with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, and helping with daily activities, while expanding skills in tracheostomy and ventilator support. We offer flexible shifts and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license required.
• Valid CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Ability to provide pediatric home care and communicate with families.
• Comfort with high-acuity patient care (G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator).

Responsibilities
