Job summary

First Place Pediatrics in Baldwin Park is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home pediatric care for patients with G-tube, tracheostomy, or ventilator needs. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with families to review care plans, ensuring comfort and safety in the patient’s home.

We offer flexible shifts Sun–Sat AM and PM, thorough training in tracheostomy and ventilator care, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 1 Year Nursing Experience.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• A Compassionate, Patient-Centered Approach to Care.
