Maxim Healthcare in Tulare, CA is hiring a Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for a child patient who depends on a G-tube, trach, and ventilator. You will also attend school with the patient. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, providing skilled nursing care per orders, assessing changes in condition, and documenting data. Must lift over 50 lbs.

Formación

• Must have LVN license with over one year of experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per physicians' orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms for physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
