Maxim Healthcare in Overland Park, KS is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care during weekend overnight shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• TB test or Chest X-ray current.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare in Overland Park, KS is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes during weekend overnight shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
