Job summary

Qualifications

• Active OH nursing license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate pediatric care and assist with ADLs.
• Administer medications, including J-Tube feeding where applicable.
• Provide consistent, high-quality one-on-one support to pediatric clients.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and well-being.
