MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or registered nurse (RN) for weekday days to care for a pediatric patient with a trach. The role involves performing nursing duties under supervision and following the patient’s care plan.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting changes to clinical leadership, and coordinating with the agency to modify orders as needed. Training on trach care is provided; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Active NC Nursing license.
• CPR certification per agency policy.
• Trach care training provided for pediatrics.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible, organized, and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Document care notes and nursing care plan in clinical records.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the Director/Clinical Manager.
• Request modifications or additions to orders based on patient status.
• Adhere to MGA policies, procedures and handbook; participate in required activities.
