Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. In this role you provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the child's home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure safety, continuity, and compassionate care.

Candidates must hold a New Jersey LPN license or multistate license, have a current physical, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS CPR card obtained in person, a valid driver's license, and be willing to train

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Deliver consistent, compassionate care with attention to safety and quality.
