Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused pediatric home health care in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, under RN oversight, ensuring safe and effective care plans.

The role offers stability, flexible scheduling, and strong support from a clinical team. LPN candidates with NJ license and pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Requires LPN license (NJ) or multistate license.
• TB skin test or TB blood test required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person) required.
• Valid driver''s license.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in pediatric home health settings.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed.
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency in the home environment.
