Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a practical nursing (LPN) certificate or LVN program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Preferred: experience in pediatric or research facility.
• Preferred: 2+ years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as ordered.
• Contribute to assessment and data collection for patient health and research protocols.
• Develop, maintain, or modify the nursing plan of care with consideration of age and development.
• Collaborate with the health care team on the patient plan of care/research protocol.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance and report safety concerns.
