Job summary

BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus is seeking an LPN for pediatric home care in Canal Winchester, OH. This dedicated Friday shift runs 5:30 AM–5:30 PM and offers meaningful one-on-one patient care with a tracheostomy.

You will provide skilled nursing per the care plan, perform trach care, assist with daily activities, and maintain a safe home environment while documenting changes in the patient's condition. CPR is required and Ohio licensure must be active.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license.
• Trach care experience REQUIRED.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test or chest X-ray within recent years.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per the approved care plan.
• Perform and manage trach care.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean home environment.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in the patient’s condition.
