Summer Pediatrics in Stamford, CT seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric team on a full-time basis. You will provide direct patient care, assist with vaccinations, and support families in a welcoming, kid-focused environment.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants with flexible scheduling. No evening or weekend shifts are required, and the team emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and professional care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Connecticut.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous experience in pediatrics strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, vaccinations, specimen collection, and administering medications.
• Assist with patient intake and documentation in the EHR.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, wellness, and treatment plans.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Participate in care coordination and follow-up with families.
• Telephone triage as needed.
