Ytihomecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized nursing care in client homes across Chesterfield, VA. Qualified candidates should hold a valid LPN license in Virginia and have at least one year of nursing experience. Qualificações

• Current and valid LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Completed TB Test is a must.
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security/Birth Certificate are necessary.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tailored nursing care aligned with each client’s care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under RN supervision.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns.
• Maintain and monitor medical equipment, reporting malfunctions.
• Assist clients with attending medical appointments.
