Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Staten Island, NY seeks a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. You will work with children in diverse settings, delivering ABA services and family education to support developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Must be Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York.
• 1–2 years of experience with children birth–5 preferred but not required.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children in natural environments.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate carry-over.
• Work in client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow therapy plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential records per HIPAA/state/federal rules.
